Expand your yoga practice with Yoga Nidra. Yogis called our current state the "sleep" state and understood how to reach the "waking" state.
This 45 minute class will invite you to lay on your back in silence as you are guided through the koshas. While relaxation may occur, this ancient tantric practice is a journey through different levels of consciousness to connect with the highest parts of yourself.
What you need: A device to log in and internet access A comfortable space (yoga mat, blanket, etc.) A quiet space in your home where you will not be interrupted The desire to take the next step in your spiritual path
Please note you will need to have your video on during the session, but will be muted to keep the virtual classroom quiet.
